Day 01
Arrival Cochin
First day , we will arrive at Cochin and check-in to hotel. In the evening, photography expert will brief you on the exciting days ahead in the God’s Own Country, also describing photography opportunities for the next week. Overnight.
Day 02
Thrissur Temple festival with elephant parade.
Today , we will move towards Thrissur to witness beautiful elephant festival at a place two hours north of Cochin. Here you will spend full day photography at the event. will return to Cochin after the festival ends. Overnight
Day 03
Drive to the Thekaddy
This is a day , You will move towards the most amazing wildlife destination in Kerala. Check-in at resort. Evening boat ride with Photo Experience of wildlife. Overnight.
Day 04
Drive to the backwaters at Alleppey; check-in to a houseboat.
This is a day , your will drive to Alleppey, where we board the houseboats waiting on the water for rest of the day. The night will be spent on the boat, pampered by your on-board cook preparing delicacies of your choice and making sure you are comfortable. Overnight on Houseboat.
Day 05
Drive to Munnar.
Today short drive to beautiful hills of Munnar. We climb up gently past tapioca fields and rubber plantations to the high ranges where our tea comes from. Munnar’s hills are landscaped gardens of tea that undulate as far as the eyes can see. Overnight
Day 06
Munnar
Today you will explore the beauty of Munnar’s landscapes. Full day Photography of beautiful hill-side, past the verdant tea-gardens and several lakes and Munnar’s landscapes and Kolukkulmalai Estate tea factory. Overnight.
Day 07
Drive to Kochi
We day we will drive to Kochi . we will be witness a colourful Kathakali performance exclusively . We will also get an opportunity to be behind the stage, photographing the artists applying colours on the face and wearing a rather elaborate costume before they are ready to be on stage. Later in the evening, visit the well-known fishing nets to photograph the sunset over the nets – an iconic image that Kochi is well-known for.
Day 08
Leave Cochin
We will start the day rarely visited by tourists. We visit visit a fishing dock, photographing the colourful boats and occasional bunch of fish being sold. We will drive to one of the largest (and easily the most colourful) wholesale market in Kerala, photographing the busy life out there. Also we get a chance to see and photograph Kalari–the local martial art with swords and shields–performed exclusively. Evening transfer to International Terminal.
