Day 01
Arrive Delhi
On arrival and transfer for Overnight stay.
Day 02
Delhi
Morning tour of Old Delhi visiting Mosque, the largest in India, cycle rickshaw ride through bazaar. Continue to Red Fort, Afternoon visit Rashtrapati Bhawan, the President’s Palace and India Gate, a war memorial , Explore the famed Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar – the tallest brick minaret in the world. Overnight stay
Day 03
Delhi – Agra
Morning transfer to railway station for your express train to Agra (Shatabdi Express – dep. 0610hrs and arr. 0810hrs) . Arrive Agra and transfer to your hotel. Later visit Taj Mahal and Agra Fort – a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Day 04
Agra – Jaipur
Morning drive to Jaipur (260 kms/6 hour’s approx). En- route Fatehpur Sikri . Arrive in Jaipur and check-in to your hotel. Remainder of the day will be at leisure. Overnight stay.
Day 05
Jaipur
Morning sightseeing to the magnificent Amber Fort, In the afternoon visit the Jantar Mantar Observatory, built in the 1700s but still appears futuristic. Also visit the City Palace that houses the Maharaja’s private collection of textiles and armory. Photo stop at Hawa Mahal, fondly called the ‘Palace of Winds’. Overnight stay.
Day 06
Jaipur – Shahpura
Morning drive to Shahpura (220 Kms / approx. 4.5 hrs) , Shahpura Bagh was the summer residence of the rulers of Shahpura and the family is famous for their warmth and hospitality. check in to your hotel. Later explore the rural life of Shahpura – its rich multi-cultural vibrancy and its fascinating arts and crafts tradition. Overnight stay.
Day 07
Shahpura – Udaipur
Morning leave for Udaipur (220 kms/ approx 5 hrs). Udaipur is considered by many as the most beautiful and the most romantic city in Rajasthan. Evening enjoy cruise on Lake Pichola. Overnight stay.
Day 08
Udaipur
This day sightseeing tour of Udaipur, starting with the City Palace. The entrance to the City Palace complex is through the ‘Hathi Pol’ past the Jagdish Temple. The paintings, mosaics, intricately carved ‘Chhatries’ and the architecturally brilliant façade all contribute to making a visit to the City Palace a truly memorable experience. Later continue to Crystal Gallery, Also visit Sahelion-ki-Bari, the garden of the maids. Overnight stay.
Day 09
Udaipur – Ranakpur – Mihirgarh
Morning drive to Mihirgarh (260Kms / approx.5.5 hours) Enroute Ranakpur Jain temples . Continue to Mihir Garh The mud fortress is perched on a sand mound on the edge of the desert, blending understated luxury with a rustic and sumptuous earthy elegance. Overnight stay.
Day 10
Mihirgarh – Jodhpur
Morning enjoy village safari to Bishnoi tribal culture surrounding Mihir Garh. Later drive to Jodhpur, On arrival check in to your hotel. Rest of the afternoon at leisure to enjoy the spa/ pool. Overnight stay.
Day 11
Jodhpur
Morning visit Mehrangarh Fort , Continue to Jaswant Thada Afternoon at leisure. Alternatively an excursion can be arranged to meet the skilled weavers of Salavas – known for their high quality durries. Overnight stay.
